Shipping: Mailing within the US via media mail is free and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. All other shipping options incur shipping charges as follows:
Outside North America: BSSA & SRL $17 per copy
Canada & Mexico: BSSA $12; SRL $6 (air) or $13 (priority) per copy
Priority shipping in US: BSSA & SRL $5 per copy
